At Groweik, we stand behind our work and our results. This Refund Policy explains our 45-day first-sale guarantee, when monetary refunds are available, and how to submit a claim. Please read this alongside our Terms of Service.

Our Core Commitment

If your business does not receive its first paying customer within 45 days of the agreed launch date, we keep working — for free — until you do. This applies to all packages.

1. The 45-Day First-Sale Guarantee

The 45-day first-sale guarantee is our primary commitment to clients. It means that if we launch your business and you do not achieve your first sale within 45 days of the launch date, we continue all required work — advertising, store optimisation, creative production, targeting adjustments — at no additional cost to you, until that first sale is made.

The guarantee clock starts from the date your business is officially launched, meaning your store is live, your ads are running, and all agreed deliverables have been completed and approved by you.

2. How the Guarantee Works

If 45 days pass from your launch date without a first sale, we will:

  • Conduct a full audit of your store, ads, targeting, and creative performance
  • Present a revised action plan within 5 business days
  • Implement the revised plan — new ad creatives, targeting adjustments, landing page changes, or additional marketing activities as determined by the audit
  • Continue this process at no additional charge until your first sale is achieved

You will be kept informed throughout the extension period with weekly progress updates. The guarantee extension is unlimited in duration — we do not put a cap on the additional work we will invest.

3. Guarantee Conditions

The 45-day first-sale guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:

  • All deliverables agreed in your package have been completed and approved by you
  • Your store is fully live and accessible to customers in the agreed target market
  • Advertising campaigns have been launched with the agreed minimum budget
  • You have provided all required materials (product images, brand assets, etc.) on time
  • You have followed groweik's product selection, pricing, and market recommendations
  • Your account is in good standing with no outstanding payment balances

The guarantee does not apply where the 45-day period was impacted by client delays, such as late material submissions, delayed approvals, or failure to fund advertising accounts.

4. Monetary Refund Eligibility

Groweik's primary remedy is to deliver on the agreed scope — not to issue monetary refunds for work that has been completed. We invest significant time and resources into every project from day one, and completed work is not reversible.

Monetary refunds are available in the following limited circumstances:

  • Groweik fails to commence work — If we accept payment but fail to start your project within the agreed timeframe through our own fault, a full refund is available
  • Groweik terminates the project without cause — If we end the engagement before agreed deliverables are completed, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion of work
  • Duplicate payments — Any accidental duplicate payment will be refunded in full within 5 business days

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed work, including partially completed projects
  • Dissatisfaction with business results or revenue outcomes, provided we have delivered the agreed scope
  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, ad spend, platform subscriptions)
  • Projects where the client has not fulfilled their responsibilities as outlined in the Terms of Service

5. How to Submit a Guarantee or Refund Claim

To activate the 45-day guarantee extension or to submit a refund claim, please follow these steps:

  1. 1.Email hello@groweik.com with the subject line "Guarantee Claim — [Your Business Name]" or "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]".
  2. 2.Include your full name, the email address used for your project, the package purchased, and your launch date.
  3. 3.For guarantee claims, describe the current situation — number of days since launch, ad spend to date, and any results achieved.
  4. 4.For refund requests, include the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
  5. 5.We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and respond with our assessment within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank — typically 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amounts where applicable.

7. Disputes

We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response to a claim, please escalate to hello@groweik.com with the subject line “Escalation” and your original claim reference. We will review your case with a senior team member within 5 business days.

Any unresolved disputes are subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.
