This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for services provided by Groweik Ltd. Our goal is simple: you only pay for work that is delivered.
1. Our Core Commitment
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, we refund the value paid for the undelivered portion. We stand behind our work completely.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full refund situations
- We fail to begin work within 5 working days of agreed start date (after deposit and brief received)
- We are unable to deliver a core component of the agreed scope
- Project is cancelled by us for any reason
Partial refund situations
- Client cancels after work has begun — refund = total paid minus the value of work completed
- Specific deliverables fail quality review after 3 revision rounds — that deliverable is refunded or rebuilt
No refund situations
- Client changes project scope, goals, or direction after work has begun
- Client delays cause project timeline to extend
- Client fails to provide required assets, access, or feedback in time
- Client is dissatisfied with a style preference after approving the direction
- Third-party platform (Shopify, Meta, Google) changes policies or features after delivery
- Ad campaign performance does not meet client expectations (performance is subject to market conditions)
3. 45-Day First-Sale Guarantee (Full Packages)
Qualifying full package clients who achieve no sales within 45 days of launch receive continued work at no additional charge — not a cash refund. See Terms & Conditions for qualifying conditions.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@groweik.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project]". Include your name, project name, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 3 working days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days
- Refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible
- Bank transfer fees are deducted from refund amounts where applicable
6. Payment Methods Accepted
Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, Payoneer, Wise, Western Union. Refund method matches payment method used.
